Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as bibs, bottles, pacifiers, teethers, diapers, and personal care products are non-returnable once opened.
Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at littlelovescollections@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
