Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as bibs, bottles, pacifiers, teethers, diapers, and personal care products are non-returnable once opened.

Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at littlelovescollections@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
